At JoellasCreation, we value every customer and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our products are handcrafted with care and made from natural ingredients, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Returns & Refunds
Unopened/Unused Products: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Opened Products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on opened or used products.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@joellascrwation.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can better assist you.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
